2. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide to us, which may include your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, the partner category you select, and the content of your message.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) are kept for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
We use the personal information you submit only to:
- respond to your enquiry and continue that conversation;
- assess and progress a potential housing, land, mandate or partner arrangement with you or your organisation;
- keep records required under Australian law and to protect the integrity of our operations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing or newsletter mailouts.
4. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to Isaac T Cohen at Trevor Estates. We use reputable service providers to host this site and to deliver email notifications, which means your information is processed through those providers under contract. We only share your information with third parties where it is necessary to respond to you, to progress a partnership you have asked us about, or where we are required to do so by law.
5. Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. While no online system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
