Trevor Estates is not a registered Community Housing Provider and is not an Eligible Funding Recipient. It operates as a housing enabler and seeks eligible funding-recipient partners such as CHPs, veteran housing charities, councils and government partners.
Where technically and commercially achievable, the housing model targets near-zero tenant power bills through a large solar package. Where that is not achievable, the target is a material reduction in tenant power costs.
